This place is spotless, and the staff is super friendly. The housekeepers and breakfast chef are amazing. The rooms are always clean and neat, and the beds are really comfy. The made-to-order breakfast is delicious. 🍳

Christmas at this hotel could have been better, however, I appreciated the complementary drinks and snacks that were offered upon arrival. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and beaches.

Staff were rude and unaccommodating. We were forced to wait for hours at the restaurant and had to endure switching villas halfway through our stay.
